Amsterdam is a magical city, the perfect example of the balance between tradition and modernity. On the one hand it preserves its history, while being open and tolerant, with a culture of simple habits.

As for the architecture of the place, there are canals and bridges that are preserved as they were originally built in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The charm of the works of Rembrandt and Van Goh is admirable when strolling through Amsterdam, where beauty and romance live.

Visitors can enjoy transportation facilities thanks to an efficient urban system. All the destinations in Amsterdam are close and it is not strange to go out and meet local princesses on a bicycle.

There is no shortage of entertainment offers. It is possible to visit the Van Goh Museum, or the Rijksmuseum, in addition to the Stedelijk Museum where you can admire works by Czanne, Monet, Picasso, Chagall and others. There are more than 50 museums to choose from.

Once night arrives there is a great offer of bars, restaurants, karaoke, salseras, tango, disco. You always have the possibility of meeting people in these places and spending the night outside.

Another characteristic of Amsterdam is that anyone over 18 can buy marijuana or hashish in the establishments called “coffee shops”, legally controlled by the Government.

Finally, the markets are another of the attractions of the city. In these not only are sold groceries, also books, antiques, clothes. Markets end up becoming small parties that everyone can be part of and that are not exempt from art and music.
